About Parklane Residences

In one of the most beautiful neighbourhoods of The Hague, you will find the striking Parklane Residences.

This residential complex, situated in the Van Stolkpark, was built in the 1930s. Although the building was originally intended for residential use, for the last 14 years it has provided office space to users such as the Dutch Bureau for Economic Policy Analysis (CPB), with the result that many facilities that support a comfortable living environment had been removed.

Urban Interest has been the building’s proud new owner since 2016. Once the meticulous planning process was complete, in September 2018 our team of real estate specialists began the large-scale renovation and transformation of the property. The resulting redevelopment is a real asset to The Hague’s housing market.

Parklane Residences offers 43 apartments that are finished to a high standard. The apartments are available to rent, on a six-month basis. Residents of the complex can enjoy its location in a lush green villa district, close to the wooded Scheveningse Bosjes area, the Westbroekpark and the Hubertuspark and only 20 minutes away from Scheveningen by bicycle.
