About De Drie Hoefijzers

With the purchase of De Drie Hoefijzers in 2019, Urban Interest added a true gem to its real estate portfolio.

Breda city centre is the background to this former head office of the De Drie Hoefijzers brewery, which brewed beer from 1538 until 2004. The building itself was completed in 1927 and draws its monumental character from its stately design and harmonious architecture. The influence of the famous Amsterdam and Haagse schools of architecture can be clearly distinguished in the design. The beautiful art deco features, extensive use of stained glass and inclusion of lovely marble, bronze and copper features give De Drie Hoefijzers its classic beauty and allure. The monumental building features a stately reception hall and classical hallways that contrast beautifully with the modern workspaces, which are very much of our time. Long-term tenant Offices For You offers flexible office accommodation in this space to organisations both large and small.

The De Drie Hoefijzers office building enjoys a great location: close to Breda Central Station and within easy walking distance of Valkenberg municipal park and Breda city centre.
