Parklane Residences building restored to its original purpose!

24 January 2020

Since 2016, Urban Interest has been the proud owner of a distinctive building on Van Stolkweg, which has recently undergone conversion and renovation on a grand scale. The complex was completed in 1928 and was originally a residential property, but it spent 14 years serving as office space for users such as the Netherlands Bureau for Economic Policy Analysis (CPB).

Our team of real estate specialists, led by Marco van Driel and Raymond Jansen, have created 43 unique furnished apartments in what must be one of the loveliest areas of The Hague. Parklane Residences offers residents a home in a lush green villa district, close to the wooded Scheveningse Bosjes area, the Westbroekpark and the Hubertuspark and only 20 minutes away from Scheveningen by bicycle. The apartments are finished to a very high standard, and they are available af of July to rent for periods of up to six months.
