We have just acquired new ownership of the Hoevestaete office complex in Oosterhout. The complex consists of three independent office buildings with a surface area of approximately 4,500 m2 and 132 parking spaces.

Why we are so excited about this new purchase:

The complex has an incredibly beautiful campus layout. Moreover, it is particularly easily accessible due to its location directly on the A27. And it concerns high-quality real estate that is fully in line with our long-term strategy for further growth of the office share in our portfolio. Our tenants of the complex are BNP Paribas and the Swedish confectionery company Cloetta. We are looking forward to the collaboration and hope to be able to add a third new tenant in the short term, as one of the office buildings will soon be available for rent.
