We have just received the environmental permit for the realization of 82 new residential apartments to be built in the Stede in The Hague. The ambition is to realize the apartments, divided over two complexes on Hazenrade and Vrederustlaan, as sustainable as possible and completely gas-free. The apartments are in the mid-priced rental segment and are in line with the need for residents that are also in high demand in The Hague.

The construction preparations are in full swing and the first work and planning discussions are being held with the municipality. The total construction time is expected to take approximately 18 months. Depending on the start of construction, we aim for completion by mid-2023.
