We recently acquired new ownership of 250 existing residences in the northern provinces of the Netherlands. It concerns both single-family homes and apartments located in Drenthe, Friesland and Overijssel. Expansion of the residential share in our portfolio is in line with our long-term investment horizon, which focuses on stability and a healthy mix of residential, retail, office and commercial buildings.
